Joyce Midley-Quainoo is the founder of the Joy In Giving Foundation.

As a multi-skilled communicator with additional training in Business Management, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to this position.

Her professional experience cuts across television, radio, online (digital), and print, and spans across continents including professional editorial and production sessions with some international TV networks.

Joyce began her career as a journalist reporting on social issues and presenting major news bulletins including sports. She has spent much of her professional life with the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, Ghana Television (GTV), Radio XYZ, TV3 Network Limited (TV3) and 3news.com.

As Managing Online Editor at Media General, the mother company of TV3,  MG Digital, and four other radio stations,  Joyce successfully transitioned the company’s news website from tv3network.com to 3news.com. She was also actively involved in establishing the company’s four radio stations -3FM and Onua FM in Accra and two other radio stations in Kumasi and Takoradi.

Her love for charity, sharing with the needy, and her joy in giving, spurred Joyce on to establish this foundation.

As Executive Director of this foundation, Joyce is in charge of identifying the needs of orphans, raising funds, and finding sponsors to fuel our activities and projects. She is also responsible for implementation, evaluation, and providing feedback and improvement advice to team members.

As a mother and a wife, Joyce believes every child at an orphanage and on our streets, deserves the best of life. These children also need to be exposed to every good opportunity, that will help to bring out the unique talents God has deposited in them.
